We have created announcements, "save-the dates", invitations, thank you cards, and favors. If you can dream it, we can create it!

Can you work within my budget?
At the time of the consultation we will discuss your budgeting needs. Samples are created with this in mind and with great respect for you.

For crafty clients on a budget there are DIY (do-it-yourself) options that will save you at least 10%.

How long does the process take?
We ask for 6-8 weeks to complete the process. After the consultation a contract will be created that details the timeline and what is needed from you to stay on track.

How involved can I be in the design?
You can be as involved as you wish. We love to work with creative clients and look forward to hearing more about your ideas!

What types of printing is available?
We are able to accomodate most printing types. We will work you on what type of printing will be best suited for the final design.

Are consultations free?
Consultations are free! We treat our clients the way we expect to be treated when we shop. We want our clients excited about their purchase and to feel that have found an amazing match for their needs.

Who will be my design artist?
Our trained artists are Sandra Bell and Jennifer Rodriguez. We are quite different in style as most mothers and daughters are. This difference works in your favor! Our different approaches will push the design limits and you will ultimately decide which style suits you best.

Where do you buy your supplies?
We have vendors all over the world and we are always looking for more!

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards through our online credit processor, Paypal, or cash.

Do you offer refunds?
After the proof has been approved, we can not honor a refund. Our products are handmade and this process prohibits us from the opportunity to recoup loses.
